Antica Via Clodia – Territory of Blera

The ancient Etruscan village of Plaise, today Blera, together with the sites of Grotta Porcina, San Giovenale and Luni sul Mignone, make up one of the most important finds in all of Tuscia.
A collection of necropolises, villages and palaces that will surprise for their location in areas of environmental value.
Luni sul Mignone is located along the abandoned section of the Capranica – Civitavecchia railway, now used for trekking, cycle tourism and can also be reached via a dirt road by car.
Nearby is an iron bridge that crosses the river Mignone which makes the landscape unique and very suggestive.
